Ventnor City
In the latter part of the 19th Century, an American couple visiting England became so impressed with the beauty of the locality, that in 1889, when the Camden and Atlantic Land Company decided to name the section of the land south of Atlantic City, they remembered Ventnor, England.

The Ventnor City Cultural Art Center, Inc. is a non-profit organization providing art and dance classes for Ventnor and the surrounding communities.
Classes are offered September - June. The students have the opportunity to perform in the annual Spring dance performance.
The Art Center hosts the annual Ocean Breeze Art and Craft Show and the Young Peoples Summer Arts Program, a summer arts camp.
